Listed Equities), Business Development, Risk Management (Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Operational Risk, IRRBB, ICAAP, Basel 2 and 3), Asset and Wealth Management, Project Management, Capital Raising and Financial Advisory.
Mrs. Adeola began her career with Icon Limited (Merchant Bankers) in 1990, joined Consolidated Discounts Limited in 1996 as a pioneer securities dealer and managed assets in excess of $1.2billion USD. She was the Divisional Director - Business Development in Consolidated Discounts Limited, Member of the Investment Committee of Union MixedFund, Managing Director of Capital Express Asset & Trust Limited and Vice President, Bank of America Merrill Lynch International where she managed Balance Sheet in excess of $50 billion USD.
She served on the Executive Committees of the Financial Markets Dealers Association (FMDA) and Chartered Risk Management Institute (CRMI) of Nigeria including Member of The Sustainability Banking Committee and Basel Accord II Framework and Implementation Committee of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
